New York: Brooklyn DA Intends To Vacate Thousands Of Past Marijuana Convictions

Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez at a press conference today announced his intent to vacate over ten thousand low-level marijuana convictions. “It’s a little unfair to say we’re no longer prosecuting these cases, but to have these folks carry these convictions for the rest of their lives,” Gonzalez said.

Register to Vote to Support Marijuana Law Reforms this November

After serving more than two decades in prison for possessing marijuana, Jeff Mizanskey, an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force, is eligible to vote again! Now, with Amendment 2, the medical marijuana initiative endorsed by NORML appearing on Missouri's statewide ballot this November, he's urging supporters across the state to make sure they're registered to vote.
